La Paradiso

A day of gallery hopping in Soho led to lunch at this superb, little, imported sandwich shop now popping up all around the city. In this vibrant image, the fluid and intertwining shapes come together in a symphony of colors that evoke the rich and sumptuous essence of their “La Paradiso” sandwich. The pinks and light reds flow into one another, reminiscent of luxurious slices of mortadella, while stark whites and soft beiges echo the creamy stracciatella cheese. Swirls of green hint at crushed pistachios that lend their nutty sweetness to the cream, and the bold yellows suggest a drizzle of fragrant olive oil soaking into fresh baked focaccio.
